The Different Types of Support We Offer

We offer two levels of service so you can choose the option that best fits your style:

Full-Service Travel Support - We handle all the research and bookings, providing concierge-level service before, during, and after travel. Save yourself tons of time and have the peace of mind that comes with knowing there’s a pro in your corner from start to finish.

Do-It-Yourself - We provide research, ideas, or feedback on part or all of a trip and then you book independently. Benefit from our expertise, but maintain the flexibility to incorporate the travel components we work on into a larger itinerary.

Full-Service Options

Personal Holiday

We work with solo travelers, couples, families, and friends to plan and book their adventures. We can match you with the perfect small group trip or plan a customized personal itinerary.

Group Travel

These are great for friend groups, large family trips, hiking/biking groups, school clubs, and mom groups. With a group of 8+, we can tailor your itinerary specifically to your group’s interests.

Educational Trip

For educational groups, we can build in additional site visits, informational talks by local experts, and time for internal group sessions.

This is a great option for professors who are interested in developing a semester break course or for university clubs that want to have an elevated learning experience on a shared trip.

Donor Trip

If you’re a wildlife- or nature-focused nonprofit, donor travel is a great opportunity to deepen relationships with your key supporters, showcase your work (and existing funding needs), and motivate donors to move to the next level in your relationship.

We work closely with each organization to craft a highly-curated itinerary that showcases their impact and supports their philanthropic goals.

Do-It-Yourself Options

Self-Book Option

If you prefer to manage your bookings directly, or are only looking for suggestions for a portion of your trip, this is a great option. We’ll do the research for you and provide you with suggested itineraries, accommodations, activities, and transportation options. You can then take that information to use however you like, either as a guide for your day-to-day schedule or to make your final bookings.

Research Support

For travelers just looking for a bit of research support, or a sounding board to assess the animal-friendliness of planned activities, we’re here for you! Book a single session to talk through anything you’d like feedback on, or let us do some research and get back to you.
